Warren White – VP Consulting - 30 years in Service and Supply Chain – Sun Microsystems, KLA-Tencor, Data General
Warren White is responsible for developing and delivering consulting services targeted at the unique requirements of our Clients. Warren has 28 years of leadership experience in the service and manufacturing industries, including such innovative companies as Sun Microsystems, KLA-Tencor, Inc., and Data General Corporation.
Warren is an accomplished and award-winning Senior Executive with leadership experience in a variety of roles including Repair Center Management, Supply Chain Management, Customer Relationship Management, Call Center Management, Information Systems Management, and Process Management. Warren is highly skilled in the areas of Six Sigma, Organizational Development and Change Management.
Several key accomplishments include directing Global Teams focused on Program Management and Application Management for critical Business System Applications supporting 6000 globally distributed service agents/partners servicing over 84,000 service requests monthly. In the area of Supply Chain Management, Warren led the supply chain management group for North and South America, establishing vision, strategy and direction to a function growing 30% annually while managing spares availability to levels exceeding 97% on a demand basis of >12,000 units per week. He also implemented an industry leading Partner alliance and collaboration model resulting in >$10M/yr savings in Spare Part program expenditures.
Michael Singleton – Exec VP, General Manager - 35 years in Service and Supply Chain – Hewlett-Packard, Sun Microsystems, International Operations
Michael Singleton is the Executive Vice President and General Manager for Green Touch Solutions, Inc. His role encompasses all aspects of operations: including development of business requirements, project functional specifications, proof of concept beta implementation and program monitoring, production implementation, and documentation control for all Green Touch operations.
Michael has over 35 years of experience in multiple Fortune 100 companies in all aspects of the electronics and computer service industry with a proven ability to develop and implement logistics strategies and systems that support business and financial objectives. Negotiated and structured multimillion-dollar partnerships supporting the delivery of services in support of customer requirements. Led strategies for key initiatives and reduced operating budget growth by 60%, improved overall performance and contributed to multi-million dollar cost savings across internatinal business units.
Michael is recognized as an expert in defining and enabling new business concepts to all aspects of operations. He has implemented numerous business control systems that have driven overall effectiveness and improved asset performance.
Jennie S. Bader - Director, Market Development - 15 years in Technical Marketing and Program Management
Jennie has over 15 years of experience consulting, technical marketing and project management with well known companies such as ALLTEL, Williams Communications, IBM/Rolm, and NexusIS, a Cisco Gold Partner implementing complex, mission critical networking solutions. Her consulting engagements managed projects for leading corporations in the legal, automotive, communications and financial industries.
She worked at LiteScape Technologies to deploy and implement UC Communications and program managed their new product launch. Managing deployments for partners and resellers, the company established OEM and partner reseller agreements to expand their sales and market opportunities. She also founded JetSun Technology, a startup for digital streaming media.
She has a MS in Telecommunications, Golden Gate University and BS in Business Management and Computer Science, San Jose State and a native Californian.
With her passion and enthusiasm for the green industry, she is driving The Eco Green Group’s marketing strategy and programs for sustainability forums and events to educate and network with professionals in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Peter I. Pazmany – President /CEO - 30 years Service and Supply chain – Hewlett-Packard, Sun Microsystems
Mr. Pazmany is the Founder and CEO of Green Touch Solutions, LLC. He is a highly accomplished and award-winning Senior Executive with an extensive background leading Business Development, Finance, Customer Service, Logistics, and Supply Chain operations for Fortune 100 companies.
Peter has been actively engaged with industry and academia as a presenter on topics such as Supply Chain Management, Change Management, Partnering, and e-Business. He has worked with Ohio State University on case studies about supply chain management, and has completed executive studies at Stanford University in the areas of strategy and organizational development. Peter is a frequent presenter at numerous forums including the Council of Logistics Management, Interlog Conferences, IWLA, the Wharton School of Business, Stanford, Santa Clara, and Ohio State.
Peter worked 17 years at Sun Microsystems, Inc., where he held a variety of key management roles from Controller to Business Manager, to Vice President of Global Systems and Processes. In this capacity, he set the business strategies and built a network of integrated service providers that delivered a predictable, sustainable, and flexible set of solutions for Sun's customers. Prior to Sun, Peter spent 10 years with Hewlett Packard in a variety of financial management roles in both services and manufacturing.
Peter is actively engaged with the Advisory Board for the Colorado School of Mines and is on the Boards for the City of Sunnyvale Community Services, National Junior Basketball (NJB) SLAM Chapter and California Youth Soccer Organization (CYSA) MVLA Club. In 2005 Peter Co-Authored ‘Driving Complex Change’, a new methodology for mastering the process of change, and in 1998 he wrote ‘Teaming for Success’ to promote high performance teaming.
